There are several annual membership options available for purchase on MotorsportsReg, or you may race as a non-member at a higher cost. Only members will accrue Championship Points.
Pre-registration is the best way to ensure smooth entry to the event. Register early and all you’ll have left on event day is a quick check-in on-site. By pre-registering, you can also take advantage of our annual pass pricing if you purchase a pass. The annual pass gets you into the points running for the season.
Annual Pass Option | Pass Cost | Total Savings (per 8 events) | Date Available |
---|---|---|---|
Standard Membership - $36 Event Fee | $40 | $32 (Almost one free event!) | Starting January 1st |
EarlyBird Membership - $33 Event Fee | $40 | $56 (Almost two free events!) | Before midnight December 31st |
YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID!
On-site registration is discouraged. It slows down the registration process and the overall flow of the event. If you are reading this, you should have no reason to walk up and register on-site! Pre-registering also ensures that you are able to race. If registration is full, no walk-ups will be accepted.
The number you select is unique to you and your vehicle. This number is your official car number for the event and remainder of the season. The MotorsportReg System registration system will not let you select a number which is already in use.
In order to pass Tech Inspection, car numbers must be displayed on BOTH sides of your vehicle. Numbers must be a minimum of 8-inches tall, in a color that contrasts with the paint. The numbers must be highly visible so that they are easily read.
The Starter will not permit cars with inadequate numbers to drive the course. Painters tape is available in multiple colors. This tape will not damage auto paint. Choose the color that best contrasts with your car color. Bring a cloth to dry your doors before applying tape on rainy days.
The use of a number with an alpha character prefix or suffix may not be used as your base number. We are permitting alpha characters to be used as a suffix only when a participant owns more than one vehicle which they wish to enter in our events and/or a second driver will be using their vehicle.
Zero (0) as a prefix is not acceptable and will not be recognized as a base number. Please do not attempt to add a zero as a prefix. The computer may accept it, the registrar will not and you will be asked to change it.
